At THE007 Creative Studio, we are committed to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality digital marketing and creative services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Project-Based Services
Before Project Commencement:
- Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of payment
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24-72 hours of payment
- No refund if cancelled after 72 hours but before work starts
After Project Commencement:
- No refund once work has started and initial deliverables are shared
- Partial refund may be considered based on percentage of work completed
- Client will receive all completed work upon cancellation
3.2 Subscription/Retainer Services
- Monthly Plans: Can be cancelled at any time. No refund for current month, cancellation effective from next billing cycle
- Quarterly Plans: 50% refund available if cancelled in first month, no refund after that
- Annual Plans: Pro-rata refund available for unused months (minus 25% service fee) if cancelled within first 90 days
- Minimum 30 days notice required for all cancellations
3.3 One-Time Services
- Consultations: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled time
- Workshops: 100% refund if cancelled 7+ days before event, 50% if 3-6 days before, no refund if less than 3 days
- Rescheduling is allowed once without charges
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as per agreed timeline and terms (without valid reason)
- Duplicate payment made by error
- Technical issues preventing service delivery from our end
- Cancellation within the eligible cancellation window (as per Section 3)
- Service quality significantly deviates from agreed specifications
4.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction after multiple approved revisions
- Client-side delays causing project timeline extensions
- Services already delivered and completed
- Third-party costs incurred (licenses, stock photos, paid tools, etc.)
- Violation of Terms and Conditions by the client
4.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered:
- Based on percentage of work completed and delivered
- After deducting non-refundable expenses (third-party costs, licenses, etc.)
- Subject to mutual agreement between client and THE007
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include the following information:
- Order/Invoice number
- Payment transaction details
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
- Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
5.2 Refund Timeline
- Review Period: 3-5 business days
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: Additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to source account
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to same wallet
- Bank Transfer: For alternative refund methods, please contact us
6. Revision Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Our revision policy is as follows:
Standard Revision Rounds
- Logo Design: Up to 3 revision rounds
- Brand Identity: Up to 4 revision rounds
- Website Design: Up to 3 revision rounds per page
- Content/Copy: Up to 2 revision rounds
- Video/Photography: Up to 2 revision rounds
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Major scope changes are considered new projects.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Schedule
- Small Projects (under ₹50,000): 50% advance, 50% on completion
- Medium Projects (₹50,000 - ₹2,00,000): 40% advance, 30% at midpoint, 30% on completion
- Large Projects (above ₹2,00,000): Custom milestone-based payment plan
- Subscription Services: 100% advance for the billing period
7.2 Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) are borne by THE007. However, for refunds, the gateway processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:
- Contact our support team at hello@the007.in
- We will attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 7 business days
- If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to mediation
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Acts of terrorism or war
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
For services purchased before a policy change, the old policy terms will apply unless mutually agreed otherwise.
